After our initial meeting with Ben Frampton, we ordered a thermocouple from the UK that would withstand the heat of the roaster and connected it up to an a microprocessor to test it.
The test went well and we will now start building an initial data capture unit to measure and record the temperatures during a roast as a data baseline.
